This page explains how to delete your BeeSpace account and the data associated with it. It applies to the BeeSpace mobile app published by Hive Mentality Honey LLC.
Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way to delete everything is directly in BeeSpace:
- Open BeeSpace and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email admin@hivementalityhoney.com from the address on your BeeSpace account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account details (email address, display name, and zip code)
- All apiaries, hives, inspection records, treatment logs, queen tracking notes, hive splits, feeding records, and honey harvest data
- All photos you attached to inspections or submitted for AI health scans
- Any HiveMind chat history and AI scan history tied to your account
This data is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
What is not covered
- Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid BeeSpace subscription. Manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or the App Store on iOS).
- Support emails. If you have emailed us, we may retain that correspondence separately for our records unless you ask us to delete it too.
